At Scents Luxury, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how we can help:

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unopened, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened perfumes
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or promotional items

How to Request a Return

Contact us to get return authorization. Send the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't arrived within 10 business days, please check with your bank. Then contact us if needed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item.
