Eligibility for Returns
Only damaged or non-matching items may be returned within 3 days of receipt, with proof of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Fragrances that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Gift card also not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Contact us for return authorization and send the item back via trackable shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of returned items.
Exchanges
No direct exchanges; return the item and place a new order instead.
Late or Missing Refunds
